Now, writingshavebeen filedby Steele’s comrade-in-arms Paul Hansmeier, askingtheUS Courtof Appealsforthe 9th Circuitto staythe sanctions releasedbyUS District Judge Otis Wrightwhile Hansmeier puts together the correct appeal. Hansmeier filedthe suit late Thursday,just days prior totheMay twenty-one deadlineto compensatethe $ 81,319.72.
“The district justice unsuccessfulto means Appellant eventhemost simple due routine protections, suchasthe capabilityto cross- inspect inauspicious witnessesorto intenttothe keyof crude justification oppositehim,let alonethe despotic due routine protectionsthatwouldbe accessiblein the rapist disregard proceeding,” writes Hansmeierinhis defencetothe appeals court.“The imminent actionsofthe district justice blustertodamage Appellant's reputeinthe authorised community,in spin deleterioushis capabilityto capture clientsandto paintthem effectively,in the demeanourthatwillbe irretrievable bythe normal appellate routine but the stayof execution.”
